NTT / Mother Teacher (Nursery To HKG)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for early childhood development.
• Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents.
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-way and activity-based learning methods.
• Collaborate with staff to organize school events and maintain high standards of classroom management.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional certification in D.El.Ed, NTT, or PTT is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school setting.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English and Hindi with strong communication skills.
• Deep patience and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to integrate modern teaching aids and technology into daily lessons.
