Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and administration of the IB Diploma Programme.
• Provide academic leadership to staff, ensuring high-quality instruction and curriculum alignment.
• Manage internal assessments, examination schedules, and academic reporting.
• Mentor teachers and facilitate professional development workshops.
• Maintain compliance with IB standards and school policies.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional teaching qualifications including B.Ed and M.Ed.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an academic leadership role.
