Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and curriculum implementation for the kindergarten wing.
• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to early childhood educators.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for all students.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school initiatives.
• Monitor academic standards and integrate creative teaching methodologies.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certification in B.Ed or M.Ed is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar coordination or leadership role.
