Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for early childhood development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents regarding developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with staff to organize school events and extracurricular activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional certifications such as D.El.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, D.Ed/BTC, NTT, or PTT are mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a preschool setting is required.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Excellent command of English and local language for effective communication.
• Ability to adapt teaching methodologies to meet diverse learning needs.
