Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for students of varying skill levels.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and range discipline during all practice sessions.
• Identify and nurture talent for participation in inter-school and state-level shooting championships.
• Maintain all shooting equipment and ensure the range facilities meet regulatory standards.
• Provide personalized feedback and technical guidance to improve student performance and focus.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional certification in B.P.Ed or M.P.Ed is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in coaching shooting at a school or club level.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of shooting disciplines and competition rules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to foster a disciplined, safe, and encouraging environment for girl students.
