We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Mother Teacher to join our vibrant faculty. This role is pivotal in shaping the foundational years of our Nursery, LKG, and UKG students, ensuring they receive a nurturing, creative, and stimulating educational experience that prepares them for future success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of early childhood learners.
• Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and social-emotional growth.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents regarding developmental milestones.
• Integrate play-based learning techniques to enhance literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to organize school events and maintain high standards of pedagogical excellence.

Qualification & Experience

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional certifications including B.Ed or M.Ed are mandatory for this position.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven teaching experience in a reputed pre-primary school setting is required.

Requirements

• Strong command of English and Hindi with excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of early childhood education methodologies and child psychology.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children.
