Kindergarten Teacher NTT/Montessori

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to early childhood development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents.
• Integrate play-based learning techniques to enhance cognitive and social skills.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to organize school events and extracurricular activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional certification in D.El.Ed, B.Ed, NTT, or PTT is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven teaching experience in a kindergarten setting.

Requirements

• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Montessori or NTT teaching methodologies.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively with empathy and patience.
