Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.
• Provide instructional leadership to enhance curriculum delivery and teaching methodologies.
• Manage staff recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain strong communication channels with parents, stakeholders, and the local community.
• Implement school policies and ensure compliance with educational board regulations.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional certifications including D.El.Ed, B.Ed, or M.Ed are mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an educational leadership or administrative role.
