Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily academic operations and support the Principal in school administration.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
• Manage admission processes, including parent counseling and community engagement.
• Mentor teaching staff to maintain high standards of pedagogical excellence.
• Represent the school at public forums and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Mandatory B.Ed and M.Ed certifications.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a school leadership or administrative role.
