Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily academic and administrative operations of the Junior Wing.
• Mentor and guide teaching staff to ensure the implementation of high-quality, child-centric curriculum.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school policies.
• Monitor classroom management and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment for young learners.
• Coordinate school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities for the primary section.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional degree in education (B.Ed or M.Ed) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching or administrative experience in a reputed school.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
