LKG/UKG/ Nursery MOTHER TEACHER

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for Nursery, LKG, and UKG students.
• Foster a supportive "mother-like" environment to ensure the emotional and social well-being of children.
• Monitor student progress and maintain regular communication with parents regarding developmental milestones.
• Organize creative activities, storytelling sessions, and play-based learning modules to enhance cognitive skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a clean, organized, and stimulating learning space.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• A valid B.Ed degree is mandatory for this position.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven teaching experience in a reputed preschool or primary school setting.

• Excellent command of English and Hindi with strong communication skills.
