Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the boarding house, ensuring student safety, well-being, and holistic development.
• Assist the Principal in academic administration, curriculum implementation, and staff management.
• Maintain high standards of discipline and pastoral care within the residential campus.
• Coordinate extracurricular activities and foster a positive school culture.
• Act as a primary point of contact for parents regarding student progress and residential life.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional degrees including B.Ed and M.Ed are mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership or administrative role within a reputed school.
