Sr. Accountant + Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, payroll processing, and tax compliance.
• Oversee school inventory, procurement of educational materials, and stock management.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and audit documentation for management review.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely processing of payments and invoices.
• Maintain systematic records of all school assets and consumables to prevent wastage.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in accounting and inventory management.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced school setting.
