Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of preschool children.
• Maintain a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
• Monitor and document individual student progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to organize school events and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students throughout the school day.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• Professional certification in D.El.Ed, B.Ed, NTT, or PTT is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school.
