Homeroom Teacher - PYP 1

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, inquiry-based lesson plans aligned with the IB PYP framework.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
• Monitor and document student progress through continuous assessment and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop interdisciplinary units of inquiry.
• Integrate modern pedagogical tools and technology to enhance the learning experience for young students.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Professional teaching certifications such as D.El.Ed or B.Ed are required.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
