TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) – All Subjects: The TGT will be responsible for teaching the assigned subject to students of Classes VI to X as per the prescribed curriculum. The teacher will prepare and deliver effective lesson plans, conduct classroom activities, assignments, tests and examinations, assess student performance, maintain academic records, provide remedial and individual support where required, and ensure a positive and disciplined learning environment. The teacher will also participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, co-curricular activities, examinations and other academic responsibilities assigned by the school management. Good communication skills, classroom management, subject knowledge and the ability to use modern teaching methods and digital learning tools are expected.

PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) – All Subjects: The PGT will be responsible for teaching the assigned subject to students of senior secondary classes, generally Classes XI and XII, in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and examination requirements. The teacher will prepare comprehensive lesson plans, deliver subject-specific instruction, conduct assessments, assignments, projects and practical activities where applicable, monitor and evaluate student progress, provide academic guidance and remedial support, and prepare students for board and competitive examinations as required. The PGT will also maintain academic records, communicate with parents, mentor students, participate in school meetings and events, and undertake other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school management. Strong subject knowledge, effective communication, classroom management and proficiency in modern teaching techniques are essential.
