Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschoolers.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and social interaction.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents regarding child development.
• Manage classroom activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, and outdoor play, ensuring a balanced daily routine.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and educational excellence.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a preschool. 

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development and a patient, empathetic demeanor.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, along with standard school benefits package.
