Foundational Stage Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement the Foundational Stage curriculum in alignment with NEP 2020, NCF-FS, and school requirements.
• Train, mentor, and handhold teachers on curriculum transaction, Circle Time, activity-based learning, and child-centric teaching practices.
• Develop and implement appropriate assessment methods, observation tools, and academic audit systems for the Foundational Stage.
• Prepare and review worksheets, learning resources, activities, and classroom plans suitable for young learners.
• Support teacher recruitment through relevant networking, sourcing strategies, and professional networks.
• Monitor classroom practices and provide regular academic guidance and feedback to teachers.
• Plan and support teacher training, demonstrations, workshops, and continuous academic development.
• Monitor student learning outcomes and suggest appropriate interventions and improvements.
• Ensure effective implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Foundational Stage programme.
• Undertake other academic and coordination responsibilities related to the Foundational Stage as assigned by the management.
