We are currently seeking a compassionate and driven Student Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about guiding students through their academic and personal challenges, ensuring they reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Education Qualification :- Any Graduate 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students to address academic, social, and emotional concerns.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop effective intervention strategies for student success.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and counselling interactions.
• Conduct workshops on mental health awareness, stress management, and career guidance.
• Monitor student behavioral patterns and provide timely support to ensure a positive school climate.
• Counsel Candidates to enroll for admission in various Banking COurses 

Qualification & Experience

• Any  Bachelor’s Degree 
• A minimum of 1 years and maximum of 6 years professional experience in a Sales Counselling, Career Counselling.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• Strong empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Proficiency in documentation and basic computer applications.
