Position: Nursery Teacher (NTT)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Nursery Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The candidate should support children's early learning, social development, emotional growth, and basic life skills through play-based and activity-oriented teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.

Teach foundational concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, rhymes, and basic vocabulary.

Encourage learning through storytelling, music, art, craft, games, and hands-on activities.

Promote children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents.

Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Support children's personal hygiene, discipline, and daily routines.

Maintain classroom records and participate in school events and meetings.

Educational Qualifications:

NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).

Graduate degree in any relevant discipline is preferred.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Good classroom management and organisational skills.

Ability to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.

A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
