Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum planning and implementation for Hindi, English, Math, and Computer Science departments.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to enhance instructional quality.
• Monitor student academic progress and design intervention strategies for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate professional development workshops and coordinate departmental meetings.
• Ensure alignment of academic activities with the school’s vision and educational standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant subject.
• Professional certification in B.Ed or M.Ed is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an academic leadership or coordination role.
