Child Psychologist / Counsellor

We are currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Child Psychologist/Counsellor to join our vibrant educational community. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students facing academic or personal challenges.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop personalized intervention plans for students with special needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and parents to implement effective strategies for student growth.
• Organize workshops on mental health awareness, stress management, and emotional intelligence.
• Maintain confidential records and monitor the progress of students requiring ongoing support.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Professional certifications including B.Ed and M.Ed are mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a school counseling or child psychology role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
• Deep understanding of child development stages and modern pedagogical practices.
