About the Role 
As a Specialist, Service Delivery and Academics, you will be the front-line ambassador of academic quality by conducting school visits and training sessions, supporting implementation, resolving customer issues, and ensuring every customer interaction drives measurable learning outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with schools, building relationships, delivering training, and creating meaningful impact in early education.

 Key Responsibilities 
● Deliver teacher and academic training sessions to schools. 
● Conduct school visits and ensure successful implementation of the curriculum. 
● Monitor and support customer engagement and learning outcomes. 
● Manage and resolve customer tickets within defined SLAs. 
● Build strong relationships with school stakeholders. 
● Ensure effective utilization of Kreedo products and services. 
● Maintain implementation reports and documentation. 
● Escalate risks and proactively identify improvement opportunities. 

What Success Looks Like 
● Consistently achieves project milestones above 80%. 
● Delivers high customer-facing time and engagement. 
● Resolves customer tickets within SLA timelines. 
● Maintains high visit effectiveness and implementation quality. 
● Demonstrates strong customer relationships and retention. 

Skills and Experience 

Education 
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related fields.
 Experience 
● 1 to 4 years of experience in training, education, implementation, or customer facing roles. 
● Experience working with schools or educational institutions is preferred.
