About the Role
KR Public School is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Principal to lead academic excellence, school administration, teacher development and student admissions.
Our goal is to grow student enrollment from approximately 250 to 1,000 students through quality education, strong parent relationships and systematic school development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead academic planning, teaching quality and student performance.
- Develop and implement an annual admission and school-growth strategy.
- Build parent trust and improve student retention and referrals.
- Supervise teachers, staff performance, training and discipline.
- Manage admissions, parent meetings, school events and daily operations.
- Develop SOPs, performance indicators and regular management reports.
- Maintain student safety, school records and applicable regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and execute a practical 12-month school development plan.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree; B.Ed. preferred or required where applicable.
- 5–10 years of relevant school education experience preferred.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership position such as Principal, Vice Principal, Headmaster/Headmistress or Academic Coordinator.
- Proven experience in school development, admissions, staff management and parent engagement.
- Strong communication, planning, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Shahkund, Bhagalpur.
