Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for nursery and kindergarten students.
• Provide emotional support and personalized care to children, acting as a primary caregiver within the classroom.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and creative classroom environment that encourages curiosity and play-based learning.
• Monitor student progress and maintain regular, transparent communication with parents regarding developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to organize school events and extracurricular activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience in an early childhood setting is required.

Requirements

• Professional certifications including D.El.Ed, B.Ed, or M.Ed are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a deep passion for early childhood pedagogy.
