Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily academic operations and ensure the effective implementation of the Montessori curriculum.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to teaching staff to maintain high pedagogical standards.
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of academic development.
• Coordinate school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff training sessions.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and growth.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Professional certifications including B.Ed or M.Ed are required.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an academic leadership or teaching role.
