Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the academic curriculum and ensure alignment with school standards.
• Provide mentorship and professional development support to teaching staff.
• Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic improvement.
• Coordinate internal assessments, examinations, and parent-teacher communications.
• Maintain detailed academic records and prepare reports for school management.

Qualification & Experience

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant subject.
• Professional certification in B.Ed or M.Ed is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an academic leadership or coordination role.
