Job Description:
- Teach the respective subjects according to the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching materials.
- Explain concepts clearly and encourage interactive learning.
- Conduct class tests, assess students’ performance, and monitor progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and support students’ overall development.
- For Mother Teachers, teach foundational concepts through play-based and activity-based learning.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress and behaviour.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. required or preferred as per applicable school norms.
- NTT / ECCE qualification preferred for Mother Teachers.
- Good communication, teaching, and classroom management skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Salary: As per school norms and experience.
