Job Description:
- Teach Bengali, Mathematics, Biology, History & Civics, or Economics as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Explain subject concepts clearly and use effective teaching methods.
- Conduct tests, evaluate answer sheets, and monitor students’ academic progress.
- Prepare students for school examinations and board examinations.
- Maintain classroom discipline and provide additional academic support.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school activities.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. required or preferred as per applicable school norms.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Teaching experience preferred.
