Key Teaching Duties

• Teach primary-level subjects in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.

• Prepare structured lesson plans, worksheets and classroom learning materials.

• Use storytelling, demonstrations, activities and interactive methods to explain concepts.

• Strengthen students' foundational skills in reading, writing, mathematics and communication.

• Assess student learning through classwork, assignments and periodic tests.

• Identify individual learning difficulties and provide suitable academic support.

• Encourage curiosity, creativity, participation and positive classroom behaviour.

• Maintain student attendance, academic records and progress reports.

• Build effective communication with parents regarding children's development.

Qualifications and Professional Skills

• D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed. or B.Ed. with applicable primary teaching eligibility.

• CTET or relevant TET qualification as required under applicable recruitment rules.

• Good understanding of child development and primary teaching methodologies.

• Strong communication, planning and classroom management skills.

• Patient and supportive approach towards young learners.

• Previous primary teaching experience will be an added advantage.
