Teaching Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons for primary students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and teaching resources for different learning levels.

• Use interactive and activity-based methods to make classroom learning effective.

• Develop students' reading, writing, numerical and communication abilities.

• Conduct regular assessments and monitor individual learning progress.

• Provide additional support to students who need academic assistance.

• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

• Encourage participation in classroom activities, projects and group discussions.

• Communicate with parents about students' academic performance and development.

Eligibility and Skills

• D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed. or B.Ed. qualification with applicable primary teaching eligibility.

• CTET or relevant TET qualification as required under applicable recruitment rules.

• Good understanding of primary-level subjects and child-centred teaching methods.

• Effective communication and classroom management skills.

• Patience, creativity and the ability to work with young learners.

• Previous experience teaching Classes 1 to 5 will be preferred.
