Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct Montessori-based classroom sessions for early childhood learners.

• Introduce children to basic language, numeracy, sensory and practical life activities.

• Use Montessori teaching materials to encourage hands-on learning and exploration.

• Prepare creative activities that support children's physical, social and cognitive development.

• Observe individual learning patterns and maintain progress records.

• Foster independence, confidence, discipline and positive social behaviour.

• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised classroom.

• Communicate with parents about children's development and classroom participation.

Desired Qualifications

• Montessori Teacher Training certification or a qualification in Early Childhood Education.

• Understanding of child development and Montessori teaching principles.

• Good communication and classroom management skills.

• Creative, caring and patient approach towards young learners.

• Ability to plan interactive and age-appropriate activities.

• Previous experience in Montessori or pre-primary teaching will be preferred.
