Teaching Responsibilities

• Teach primary-level subjects according to the CBSE curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and classroom activities suitable for young learners.

• Explain concepts using interactive, child-friendly and activity-based teaching methods.

• Develop students' reading, writing, numeracy and communication skills.

• Conduct classwork, homework and regular assessments to monitor learning progress.

• Maintain a positive, engaging and well-disciplined classroom environment.

• Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.

• Encourage creativity, curiosity, participation and good values among students.

• Communicate with parents regarding students' progress and development.

Qualifications and Skills

• D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed. or B.Ed. with the applicable primary teaching eligibility.

• CTET or relevant TET qualification as required under applicable recruitment rules.

• Strong understanding of primary-level subjects and child-centred teaching methods.

• Good communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity and a genuine interest in working with young children.

• Previous experience teaching Classes 1 to 5 will be an advantage.
