Key Areas of Responsibility

• Design and develop curriculum frameworks, lesson plans and learning resources in line with CBSE guidelines.

• Review and update subject content according to academic requirements and learning objectives.

• Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, projects and assessment resources.

• Ensure curriculum content is age-appropriate, engaging and aligned with prescribed learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with teachers and academic leaders to improve classroom delivery.

• Incorporate activity-based, experiential and competency-based learning approaches.

• Review student assessment results and recommend curriculum improvements.

• Research modern teaching practices and educational trends to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed. or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Experience in curriculum planning, academic content development or school teaching.

• Good understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.

• Strong research, writing, analytical and organisational skills.

• Ability to develop structured and student-centred learning materials.

• Previous experience in curriculum development will be an added advantage.
