Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct creative, recreational and skill-based activities for students.

• Organise art, craft, games, music, dance and other co-curricular sessions as per skills.

• Encourage participation in competitions, cultural programmes and school celebrations.

• Develop activities that promote teamwork, communication, confidence and creativity.

• Guide students in discovering and developing their individual talents.

• Coordinate with teachers to support activity-based learning.

• Ensure student safety and maintain discipline during activity sessions.

• Assist in preparing activity materials and organising school events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant qualification or training in activity-based education, arts, sports or a related field.

• Ability to engage students through interactive and age-appropriate activities.

• Strong communication, creativity and organisational skills.

• Enthusiasm, patience and a positive approach towards working with children.

• Previous experience in a school or similar educational setting will be an advantage.
