Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach vocal and/or instrumental music to students according to their learning levels.

• Develop students' understanding of rhythm, melody, pitch and musical expression.

• Prepare structured music lessons and engaging practice activities.

• Train students for school assemblies, cultural programmes and competitions.

• Organise music rehearsals, performances and extracurricular activities.

• Encourage students to explore their musical interests and creative abilities.

• Maintain music instruments and ensure their proper use and care.

• Assess students' musical progress and provide constructive guidance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music or an equivalent recognised qualification.

• Good knowledge of vocal music, instrumental music or relevant musical disciplines.

• Strong performance, communication and teaching abilities.

• Creativity and the ability to engage students in musical activities.

• Previous school teaching experience will be preferred.
