It Administrator

Rasi International School is looking for a technically proficient and responsible IT Administrator to manage its IT infrastructure and support the school's digital operations in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school's computer systems, networks and IT infrastructure.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software and operating systems.

• Provide technical support to teachers, administrative staff and students.

• Maintain internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, printers and other digital equipment.

• Manage school ERP systems, user accounts and access permissions.

• Ensure regular data backups and implement basic cybersecurity practices.

• Maintain IT inventory, software licences and technical records.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of computers, smart boards and other technology equipment.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

• Knowledge of computer hardware, networking and system administration.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, school ERP software and troubleshooting.

• Good problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.

• Previous IT support or administration experience, preferably in an educational institution, will be preferred.
