Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise hostel students and ensure discipline within the residential premises.

• Monitor students' daily routines, attendance and overall well-being.

• Maintain a safe, hygienic and supportive hostel environment.

• Coordinate food, housekeeping and other residential facilities.

• Address students' concerns and provide appropriate guidance.

• Maintain hostel registers, attendance records and student documentation.

• Communicate with parents, teachers and school management when required.

• Handle emergencies responsibly and report important incidents to the authorities.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.

• Previous experience in hostel administration, residential supervision or student management preferred.

• Good communication, leadership and organisational skills.

• Ability to handle students with patience, care and responsibility.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a disciplined approach to work.
