Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design curriculum plans aligned with CBSE guidelines and educational standards.

• Prepare lesson frameworks, teaching resources and instructional materials.

• Review existing academic content and recommend improvements.

• Establish clear learning objectives and age-appropriate academic outcomes.

• Collaborate with teachers and academic coordinators to improve classroom delivery.

• Develop worksheets, assignments and assessment strategies.

• Incorporate competency-based learning and innovative teaching approaches.

• Monitor curriculum implementation and maintain relevant academic documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed. preferred.

• Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and school education practices.

• Knowledge of curriculum planning, instructional design and assessment methods.

• Excellent research, analytical and content-development skills.

• Previous experience in curriculum development, academic planning or teaching will be preferred.
