Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum plans aligned with CBSE guidelines and learning objectives.

• Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching resources and instructional materials.

• Review and update curriculum content according to academic requirements.

• Ensure age-appropriate and subject-specific learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with teachers and academic coordinators to improve teaching strategies.

• Develop assessment tools, worksheets and student learning activities.

• Monitor curriculum implementation and recommend improvements.

• Incorporate innovative teaching methods and competency-based learning approaches.

Qualifications & Professional Skills

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed. preferred.

• Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and school education framework.

• Knowledge of curriculum planning, instructional design and assessment methods.

• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.

• Previous experience in curriculum development or academic planning will be preferred.
