Major Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in conducting practical sessions and laboratory activities.

• Prepare laboratory equipment, apparatus and materials before practical classes.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organisation of the laboratory.

• Keep records of laboratory stock, equipment and consumable materials.

• Ensure proper handling, storage and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

• Monitor laboratory supplies and report damaged or missing equipment.

• Follow safety procedures and guide students in the responsible use of lab materials.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Science or a relevant subject.

• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and practical procedures.

• Good organisational and record-keeping abilities.

• Awareness of laboratory safety and hygiene practices.

• Previous experience in a school laboratory will be an advantage.
