Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise students and maintain discipline within the hostel premises.

• Ensure students follow daily routines, hostel rules and schedules.

• Monitor student safety, health, hygiene and overall well-being.

• Coordinate meals, housekeeping and other hostel facilities.

• Address students' concerns and provide appropriate guidance and support.

• Maintain attendance, leave records and other hostel documentation.

• Communicate with parents, teachers and school management when required.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and report incidents to the school authorities.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Graduate degree in any relevant discipline; higher qualifications will be an advantage.

• Previous hostel administration or student supervision experience preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.

• Ability to handle student-related concerns with patience and responsibility.

• Willingness to manage hostel duties as per the school's schedule.
