Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school's computer systems, hardware, software and network infrastructure.

• Ensure smooth functioning of internet connectivity, printers, servers and other IT equipment.

• Install, configure and update operating systems, applications and security software.

• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide support to teachers, students and administrative staff.

• Maintain school ERP systems, digital records and technology-related databases.

• Monitor data backups, antivirus protection and basic cybersecurity measures.

• Provide technical assistance for smart classrooms, computer laboratories and digital learning facilities.

• Maintain IT inventory, equipment records and coordinate repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with school ERP software, database management and IT security practices.

• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination abilities.

• Previous experience in IT administration or technical support will be preferred.
