Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing academic, administrative and operational activities.

• Supervise teaching practices and ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum.

• Monitor lesson planning, classroom instruction and student learning outcomes.

• Guide and mentor teachers to enhance teaching quality and professional development.

• Coordinate examinations, assessments, academic programmes and school events.

• Support student discipline, welfare and overall development.

• Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers and school management.

• Ensure adherence to school policies and applicable CBSE guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject along with B.Ed. or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Extensive teaching experience with prior academic leadership or school administration responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, academic planning and school management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and decision-making skills.

• Previous experience in a senior academic leadership role will be preferred.
