Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional development workshops and training sessions for teachers.

• Guide educators in effective teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.

• Support the implementation of CBSE curriculum guidelines and competency-based learning practices.

• Introduce innovative teaching strategies, digital learning tools and assessment methods.

• Observe classroom practices and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

• Identify training needs and develop suitable professional development programmes.

• Assist teachers in lesson planning, student engagement and learning outcome improvement.

• Encourage collaboration, reflective teaching and continuous professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.

• Strong understanding of teaching methodologies, curriculum planning and educational assessment.

• Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.

• Ability to design training materials and facilitate workshops effectively.

• Previous teaching experience and professional development training experience will be preferred.
