Key Areas of Responsibility

• Assist the Principal in managing the school's academic and administrative operations.

• Supervise teaching activities and ensure effective curriculum implementation.

• Monitor lesson planning, classroom instruction and student academic performance.

• Guide and mentor teachers to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

• Oversee examinations, assessments, school activities and academic planning.

• Promote student discipline, safety, welfare and overall development.

• Coordinate with parents, staff members and school management to address concerns.

• Support the implementation of CBSE guidelines and institutional policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject along with B.Ed. or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Significant teaching experience with prior academic leadership or administrative responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of school operations, curriculum planning and educational standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making and team-management abilities.

• Previous experience in a Vice Principal or senior academic leadership role will be preferred.
