Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily functioning of the school hostel and maintain a safe, disciplined environment.

• Monitor students' daily routines, including study hours, meals, recreation and bedtime.

• Ensure proper student attendance, safety, hygiene and general well-being.

• Guide students in maintaining discipline, positive behaviour and healthy habits.

• Coordinate with teachers, parents, hostel staff and school management.

• Address students' concerns and report emergencies or serious issues promptly.

• Maintain hostel registers, student records and incident reports.

• Oversee cleanliness, maintenance and proper use of hostel facilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant training in hostel administration or student welfare is desirable.

• Strong communication, leadership and supervision skills.

• Patient, approachable and capable of handling student-related concerns.

• Ability to manage routines, discipline and hostel administration effectively.

• Previous experience as a Hostel Warden or in residential school administration will be preferred.
