Major Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing academic, administrative and operational activities.

• Supervise teaching practices and ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.

• Monitor lesson planning, classroom performance and student learning outcomes.

• Guide, mentor and coordinate with teachers and other staff members.

• Support student discipline, welfare and overall development.

• Coordinate examinations, assessments, academic events and school programmes.

• Communicate with parents and address academic or administrative concerns.

• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject along with B.Ed. or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Substantial teaching experience with prior academic or school leadership responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, academic planning and school administration.

• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making and team-management skills.

• Experience in a similar leadership position will be preferred.
