Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular yoga sessions for students across assigned classes.

• Teach age-appropriate yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation techniques.

• Promote flexibility, balance, concentration and physical fitness through structured practice.

• Introduce students to the importance of mindfulness and healthy lifestyle habits.

• Plan engaging yoga activities according to students' age and physical abilities.

• Demonstrate correct techniques and ensure students practise safely.

• Monitor students' participation and progress during sessions.

• Organise yoga demonstrations, competitions and wellness activities.

• Encourage discipline, self-awareness and positive behaviour through yoga.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Yoga, Yoga Education or an equivalent recognised qualification.

• Certification from a recognised yoga training institution will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation practices.

• Ability to conduct safe and engaging sessions for school students.

• Strong communication, demonstration and classroom-management skills.

• Patience, discipline and a positive approach towards student development.

• Previous experience as a yoga instructor or school yoga trainer will be an advantage.
