Major Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities and overall functioning of the school hostel.

• Ensure students follow hostel rules, routines and discipline.

• Monitor students' safety, health, hygiene and general well-being.

• Maintain attendance, visitor records and hostel-related documentation.

• Coordinate meal schedules, housekeeping, maintenance and other hostel facilities.

• Address students' concerns and provide appropriate guidance and support.

• Communicate with parents and school authorities regarding students' welfare.

• Handle emergencies responsibly and report incidents to the school management.

• Maintain a positive, secure and student-friendly residential atmosphere.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.

• Good communication, leadership and student-management skills.

• Ability to handle responsibilities with patience, care and discipline.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

• Previous experience in hostel supervision, residential schools or student welfare will be preferred.
